Rushda Majeed was
awarded first Student Life Presidential Leadership Award
by President Joanne Glasser. This was the highest award given
for student leadership for 2003-2004 by EKU.
Rushda's parents and Dr. Glen Kleine,
Adviser to the International Student Associaiton were on hand
for the awards banquet.
The EKU President and Vice President
and Rushda's Department chair visit with Rushda and her mother
after the awards ceremony.
The awards banquet was also an opportunity
to recognize students who were listed in Who's Who. Rusha was
included in this group.
There were a variety of photo opportunities
after the event.
